01BACKGROUND

The mobile phone code is stuck/delayed, the broadband speed is not up to standard, and the service is wrong. The above are the "annoying things and worrying things" that plague the daily Internet use of the majority of users, and they are also the pain points and blocking points that the company's business development urgently needs to solve. Guangdong Unicom solemnly made "three major service commitments" to the whole society, and formulated a series of action plans around this commitment. This also means that as long as the user actually encounters problems such as stuttering of bright codes, slow broadband network, mistakes in business customization, etc. in the process of daily network use, they can get real cash compensation.

手机亮码卡顿延迟、宽带速率不达标、业务办理错误……以上种种是困扰广大用户日常用网的“烦心事、操心事”，也是公司业务发展急需解决的痛点、堵点问题。广东联通郑重向全社会做出“三大服务承诺”，并围绕该承诺制定了系列行动计划。这也意味着，只要用户在日常用网过程中切实遇到亮码卡顿、宽带网络慢、业务定制错漏等问题，就能获得真金白银的现金赔付。

02STORYBOARD

The confidence comes from the complete capabilities established in systems, technologies and services. Taking this as a starting point, Guangdong Unicom will use "hard power" to dispel doubts, use public commitments to set new standards for industry services, and have the determination and confidence to promote a qualitative leap in service practice.

今年的“5·17世界电信和信息社会日”，广东联通将“国家首席、政府首选、人民首信”作为价值依托，重磅推出“U悦”这一行业首创服务品牌，同时，在原有的中国联通五大服务承诺的基础上结合属地实际，向全社会郑重做出“手机亮码支付卡必赔、千兆宽带上网慢必赔、移动业务定制错必赔”三大服务承诺，承诺的底气来自在制度、技术、服务上建立的完备能力。以此为起点，广东联通将用“硬实力”打消质疑，用公开承诺扛起行业服务的新标准，有决心、有信心推动服务实践产生质的飞跃。

开篇男人拿着手机亮着支付码看着手机看向镜头表情无奈愁苦，随即画面切出男女营业员保证广东联通卡必赔；接着一位办公人员对着电脑皱着眉头吐槽千兆网络慢，镜头再转到办公男子与联通千兆大师共同举出大拇指保证慢必赔；最后一名男子在电话定制业务后边字幕来回跳动，背景出现警告，同样画面转到男女话务员表示错必赔。最后广东联通U悦服务硬核承诺：亮码支付不卡顿千兆上网不龟速业务定制不套路。

03TELL A PLAY

In terms of character setting, three scenes are created with three men who encounter difficulties in different environments as the core, through the comparison of character expressions before and after and the commitment of Guangdong Unicom, under the cooperation of Master Bi of Gigabit and Xiaoju, a salesman, Guangdong Unicom has the determination and confidence to promote a qualitative leap in service practice.

人物设定上，以三个不同环境遇见困难的男子为核心打造三个场景，通过前后人物表情的对比和广东联通的承诺，在千兆大师毕师傅和话务员小菁业务员小菊的合作下，广东联通有决心、有信心推动服务实践产生质的飞跃。
