1.BACKGROUNDPROJECT

　　Turtles are a rare marine animal, and like giant pandas, they are also protected wild animals at the national level. Fishing, trading, and killing are strictly prohibited. Many fishermen are well aware of the importance of sea turtles, and they are taking the initiative to shoulder their responsibility to protect them.

　　海龟是一种珍稀的海洋动物，和大熊猫一样，它们也是国家一级保护野生动物，严禁捕捞、买卖和杀害。许多渔民深知海龟的重要性，大家开始主动肩负起保护它们的责任。

2.STORYBOARD

　　Turtles in the ocean are an indispensable part of the ecosystem, and their protection is crucial. In order to reduce the harm of accidental catching to sea turtles, fishermen have introduced the Turtle Exclusion Device (TED), which is an innovative technology. During the fishing process, fishermen always pay attention to whether there are turtles caught by mistake in the fishing net. They understand that every life is very precious, and once they discover a turtle, they take immediate action.

　　海洋中的海龟是生态系统中不可或缺的一环，对它们的保护至关重要。为了减少误捕对海龟的伤害，渔民们引入了海龟排除装置（TED），这是一项创新的技术。在渔捞过程中，渔民时刻留意渔网中是否有误捕的海龟。他们明白每一条生命都非常珍贵，一旦发现海龟，他们立即采取行动。

3.CHARACTER SETTING

　　This short film mainly introduces the Turtle Exclusion Device (TED), calling on fishermen to jointly adopt this new type of fishing net to protect turtle life and improve fishing efficiency; Present with fishermen and turtles as the main characters.

　　本次短片主要围绕海龟排除装置（TED)进行介绍，呼吁渔民共同采用这种新型渔网，保护海龟生命，提高捕鱼效率；以渔民与海龟为主要形象，进行演示。

4.CAMERA VOICE DESIGN

　　The entire film is presented through an alternating combination of live video and animation. The live footage mainly displays real-life fishermen's fishing scenes and explanations from relevant workers. The animated footage mainly demonstrates the use of turtle removal devices in the fishing process; The combination of the two images enables the audience to quickly understand the importance of turtle removal devices while understanding knowledge about turtle protection.

　　全片采用实拍视频与动画交替结合出现的方式展现，实拍画面主要展示现实中渔民捕鱼画面与相关工作者的解说，动画画面主要演示海龟排除装置在捕鱼过程中的使用；两种画面的结合使观众在了解关于海龟保护的知识时，也能快速了解海龟排除装置的重要性。
